I can’t say enough good things about Danielle and Doug at Piiper Digital Solutions. Our relationship started with a call from Danielle offering us a free service of evaluating our website. I, of course, said sure if it’s free! She made us a 10 minute video offering suggestions on things we could do to improve our website and rank better on Google. If we had wanted to, we could have thanked her and left it at that.

However, we already knew that our website needed some serious resuscitation, so we asked them to come visit our office to sit down and discuss what they could do for us.

They were both very open and honest with us and gave us different options for the design and targeting of the new site, depending on how quickly we wanted to see results.

After we chose a package, Danielle set to work making us an absolutely fabulous website. She’s extremely responsive if we ask her to change something. She even spent hours on the phone with GoDaddy for us to fix some things that our previous “budget” website builder had overcharged us for, and she was able to get us a partial refund from GoDaddy for that.

In summary… Piiper Digital Solutions has overshot our expectations by miles, and we are extremely happy that Danielle reached out with her initial free service.
